Processing subjects, methods and aims
The personal data controller is MEDIA CONSULT S.R.L. with registered office in Via V Febbraio, 41 - 47899 - Serravalle (R.S.M). The person responsible for the rights of the interested parties is the sales department manager. The data provided will be processed by the Administration Department. The data is processed with the aim of correctly implementing the contractual obligations undertaken by our Company to you, as well as satisfying all the administrative and tax fulfilments. The personal data processing will mainly take place using automated systems with the assistance of information and telematic instruments, with full respect for the confidentiality and security provisions laid down by law. The provision of data is only compulsory for the implementation of the contract since, without the data, it will not be possible to carry out your request.
Rights of the interested party
We inform you that you can contact the Controller, that is the person responsible for the rights of the interested parties to exercise your rights, as provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, for the purpose of: - finding out the existence of the processing of your data; - finding out the processing purposes and methods; - cancelling, blocking, updating, correcting or modifying the data.
